I provide many professional services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and commercial shoots.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with either myself or the business in concern. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits and fees paid are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled session.
Copyright
All photographs taken by our affiliated businesses and personell are protected by copyright law. Clients are granted a license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the photographs requires written permission from the buisnesses in concern.
Liability
We will not be held liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume all risks associated with their photography sessions.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our businesses, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
